HŌMU X JAMSHEED

In a natural convergence of shared values, HŌMU and Jamsheed have formed a partnership that honors craftsmanship, community, and considered design. Our initial connection with the Preston-based urban winery evolved when we discovered they were launching Clara Luna – a new kitchen concept led by Venezuelan Head Chef Frankie, whose menu thoughtfully blends her Syrian heritage with Caribbean influences.
This collaboration reflects broader shifts in design and culinary worlds, where disciplines increasingly influence and feed one another.

This collaboration reflects broader shifts in design and culinary worlds, where disciplines increasingly influence and feed one another. As design moves toward innovative solutions for societal challenges, food has emerged as a universal language that brings people together – an initiator of cross-industry dialogue. HŌMU envisions this partnership as one step toward deeper, more meaningful collaborations that challenge conventional ways of working.

FEATURED PIECES
"As soon as I saw these curved plates, they really informed the way that I plate," Frankie explains. "There is a very feminine quality to all of these plates that goes really well with the food that I make."

Chef Frankie's vibrant dishes stand at the center of this collaboration, with our vessels becoming integral to their culinary narrative. "As soon as I saw these curved plates, they really informed the way that I plate," Frankie explains. "There is a very feminine quality to all of these plates that goes really well with the food that I make."

Our pieces become both canvas and participant in this narrative, enhancing Chef Frankie's vibrant expressions while honouring Gary's wines made steps away. This trinity of maker, vessel, and nourishment invites a deeper connection to what we consume and how we experience it. We welcome you to join this sensory conversation at Clara Luna's new menu launch at Jamsheed, Preston.
