Taxes & Duties

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from custom until these payments are made. HŌMU is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of these fees before you make your purchase.

Please note that items from the sample sale cannot be returned for a full refund.

As our wares are our babies and we ultimately want to find them forever homes, these items can be returned for an exchange for a store credit or an exchange for another item. If an item is exchanged for another, the difference in value will be either issued as a store credit (lesser value) or difference to be paid (greater value).
